I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions over the years, both on business and with my family. It's one of my favorites. The building itself is architectually stunning, one of a kind, and by far one of the finest modern structures in the Region of Los Lagos.

A very comfortable hotel for your stay in Castro. It was built to luxury standard from I’d say 20/30 years ago. The decor of the common areas has not been redesigned, which had to its charm. My room had been upgraded.
